City of Marshall City Council met March 27.

VI. Consider and take action on the approval of the Collection, Treasurer’s, Building and Police Reports for February 2023.

VII. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Establishing Chapter 53. Mobile Homes.

VIII. Consider and take action on an Ordinance Amending Chapter 82. Traffic and Vehicles. Article IV. Bicycles.

IX. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Application for a Rural Economic Development Loan for the Marshall First Step Academy.

X. Consider and take action on a Resolution Authorizing the Application for a Rural Economic Development Loan for the Marshall Early Learning Center.

XI. Consider and take action on the purchase of utility poles from Bridgewell Resources in the amount of $24,131.00.

XII. Consider and take action on the purchase of 2 pumps from Vandevanter Engineering in the amount of $10,968.33.

XIII. Consider and take action on the purchase of pipe for the Livingston water line from IMCO Utility Supply Co. in the amount of $13,302.00.

XIV. Consider and take action on an agreement with Ewing Garden Center for planting and maintenance of the downtown pole planters.

XV. Consider and take action on a street closing request from the Marshall Area Chamber of Commerce for the Farmer’s Markets June 2 – August 18, 2023.
