City of Marshall City Council met Feb. 13.

V. Consider and take action on an Ordinance to Add Territory to the Clark County Enterprise Zone.
VI. Consider and take action on an Agreement between the Illinois Public Energy Agency, Constellation NewEnergy – Gas Division, LLC and the City of Marshall, Illinois.
VII. Consider and take action on payment to VIPOWER Services for repairs at the CAT Plant in the amount of $103,953.45.
