3. Discussion and action on Resolution R-12-19B-2022: A resolution concerning tapes of closed meetings and the destroying of tapes at least eighteen months old for meeting minutes which have been opened.
4. Discussion and action on Consolidated Services engineering estimates for the resurfacing of Village-owned downtown parking lots.
