1. Motion Dunahee seconded by Wiley, to approve the Consent Agenda: Minutes of the previous meeting, September 19, 2022, Bills, Activity Account Statements, Treasurer’s Report, Certified/Non-Certified Seniority Lists, ham/turkeys for staff for Christmas, Approval of Drama Club to Fox Theatre on February 4th. Roll call: Unanimous

NEW BOARD BUSINESS
1. Motion Leib seconded by Brooks, to approve the posting of the 2022 school report cards when available. Roll Call: Wiley, yes; Brooks, yes; McCoy, yes; Leib, yes; Dunahee, yes.
2. Motion Brooks, seconded by Leib, to approve school improvement plans as presented. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Dunahee, yes; Leib, yes; Brooks, yes; Wiley, yes.
3. Committee Reports: The City/Ballfield committee will meet on October 24th, the CAC committee will meet on November 2nd, and the athletic committee will meet on November 9th.
4. Administrator Reports:
Mrs. Pearce: K/Pre-K will be at Veterans Day program, Miles of Smiles 11/28-30, Pre-K night 11/15 and upcoming feasts in November.
Mrs. Carder: Mystery Surprise Lyceum 11/2, 5th grade going to cemetery program.
Mrs. Leonard: first girls basketball game 10/18, PBIS celebration 10/21, Red Ribbon week next week, 7th grade trip to hockey game on 10/25.
T. Pearce: Hunter Osborne advanced to sectionals in Golf, Lanie Carder, Ava Cammon, Kat Jennings advanced to state in Tennis
Hackney: Highlighted Parent/Teacher Conferences. Upcoming Veterans Day Program.
