Consideration and action on a Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $3,500,000 General Obligation School Building Bonds, Series 2022, of Community Unit School District Number 3, Cumberland, Coles and Shelby Counties, Illinois, for the purpose of altering, repairing, renovating and equipping school buildings and improving the sites thereof, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof.
10. Approve a 5-year New Bus Lease with Mid-West Transit beginning FY 24.
