1. Discussion and action on street closure request for Grandparents Day at the Arthur Grade School on Oct. 21, 2022. The request is to have East Park Street closed between Ash and South Vine Streets including the Hickory Street intersection between the hours of 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM.

2. Discussion and action on bid of Arthur Flower Shop for Christmas decorations for the Welcome Center and Gazebo.

3. Discussion and action on Resolution #R-10-03A-2022: A Resolution Regarding Temporary Closing of State Right-of-Way during Annual Community Events.

4. Discussion and action on a proposal from Harris Electric to replace the Willow Street lift station control panel rack in the amount of $3,530.00.

5. Discussion and action on a proposal to rebuild high service pump #3 at the water treatment plant from TD Repair & Services LLC in an amount not to exceed $3000.00.
