The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund grades show U.S. Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) has a better game than opponent U.S. Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL). 

Miller received an A rating while David received an A-. 

“I am proud to have been endorsed by the NRA in 2020 and to be the only member of Congress from Illinois with an A rating from the Gun Owners of America because of my 100% Pro-Second Amendment record," she told the State Journal-Register. "My opponent Rodney Davis supported red-flag gun confiscation. Illinois does not need tougher gun laws, and the ridiculous FOID card law is a direct violation of our Second Amendment rights.”  

Miller has received the endorsement of former President Donald Trump, The congresswoman said she is "honored to be endorsed by Trump. "I spent time with him last week at Mar-a-Lago where we discussed the Biden Border Crisis and Energy Crisis. We miss President Trump!” she posted on Facebook in early May.

"Congresswoman Mary Miller is doing a fantastic job representing the people of Illinois!" the endorsement of Trump, on her website reads. "Strong on Election Security, the Second Amendment, and our Military and Vets, Mary is a champion of our America First agenda.  She fights hard against Joe Biden’s open borders, runaway inflation, and the radical indoctrination of our children. Mary has my Complete and Total Endorsement!"

She was endorsed by the NRA in 2020.

"As your Congresswoman, I will stand firm under pressure to keep my word and defend our freedoms," Miller said.

Miller and Davis were drawn into the same district after Democrats redrew districts this year. They’ll face off in the June 28 primary. 

She is a third germination farmer who is a mother to seven and grandmother to 19. She and her husband Chris are grain and cattle farmers.
