On March 25, William and Alyssa Ailey purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1066 Osage Road, Charleston from Harry and Paulette Najarian for $125,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $978.16, 0.78% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 25 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Paulette Rollins Najarian (90) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
