Here are the minutes provided by the board:

1. Roll Call at 5:45pm.

Present were Becky Clement, Erin Fain, Wendy Navel, Jeremy Perie, Tracy Gelb, and Joe Hickox via phone. Absent was Jason Sharp.

2. Recognize visitors

a. Dr. Perry Hill, Field Services Director, Illinois Association of School Boards

Dr. Hill led the board through the process of creating vision statements for different areas of the district’s functions, along with goals for those areas.
