The four bedroom, two bathroom commercial property at 1615 University Drive, Charleston was sold on March 18 by Zimmer Real Estate Properties LLC for $1,320,000. The buyer was Premier Prop Invest Holdings LLC.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,422, which is 0.18% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $692,375 on Sept. 20, 2007.

So far in March 2022, 19 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James Rogers Ochwa Echel, 63, was the only registered voter residing at 1615 University Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
