The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 31 Greenbriar Drive, Mattoon was sold on March 17 by D. Eugene and Linda S. Eagleson for $365,000. The buyers were William S. and Aleisha B. Robertson Hartenstein.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $7,872.06. This is 2.16% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 20 properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Linda S. Eagleson has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 Republican Primaries.
