On Feb. 25, Make Cents (trust) sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2308 Dewitt Ave., Mattoon to Mef Properties LLC for $28,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $811.30. This is 2.9% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 12 properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Stephen L. Anderson, 55, was the only registered voter residing at 2308 Dewitt Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
