The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,090.50, 2.69% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 23 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Chrystal L. Parsley has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1212 Montgomery Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mark P. Parsley, 38, and Chrystal L. Parsley, 36.
