On Feb. 10, James P. and Amie L. Calvert sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 19838 Amber Lane, Ashmore to Scott F. Brewer for $148,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,864.42, which is 1.26% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Ashmore as of this publication.

Calvert has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least six primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries. Amie L. Calvert has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
