The renovation project to the Rowland-Nicholas Natatorium continues.
“We’re very eager to see the project completed,” said Lincoln Trail College Director of Marketing Chris Forde. “Unfortunately, we’ve experienced supply chain issues that have caused delays to the project.”
Forde said there are still several things that need to be completed, including some plumbing work and finishing work in the new rooms, before a final walkthrough can be completed.
“We’re excited about the work that’s been done and we’re even more excited for when we’re able to reopen the pool so our community can once again enjoy it,” said Forde. “We know people are eager, but the supply chain issues are making it impossible to give a definitive date for when we’ll be able to reopen.”
Renovations to the pool include a new climate-controlled party room, changing areas, and restrooms with showers.
