On Feb. 11, David M. and Kate McCray Goddard purchased a four bedroom, one bathroom home at 618 Southside Drive, Humboldt from Kenneth N. and Nancy J. Russell for $150,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,389.74, which is 0.93% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, two properties sold in Humboldt.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Kenneth N. Russell has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries. Nancy J. Russell has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
