January 2022: Home prices in Charleston fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Charleston fell by $1,400 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 1.2% decrease over the $113,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Charleston in January 2021.
