On Jan. 30, Larry and Penny Woolever sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 808 S. 33rd St., Mattoon to Brian M. and Jamie M. Worker for $73,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,215.26, 1.65% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 25 properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Penny A. Woolever (74) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
