The Lakers changed plans because of rain and headed to FortMyers Florida to take on Louisburg College and the defending national champs Florida Southwestern State College.

In game the the Lakers topped the Hurricane of Louisburg 9-2. In the second game of the double header the Lakers on the defending national champs and fell to a score of 19-3.
