On Jan. 20, John Polston Jr. sold their four bedroom, one bathroom home at 1120 N. 11th St., Mattoon to & Heather D. Kemplen Kemplen Donald T. III for $60,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,791.82, which is 2.99% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bruce Ellis Wilson, 47, was the only registered voter residing at 1120 N. 11th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
