The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1215 S. 16th St., Mattoon was sold on Jan. 12 by Michael M. and Donna K. Turner for $210,000. The buyers were Terry R. and Betsy L. Cash.

This home last sold for $168,000 on Sept. 26, 2016.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Donna Kay Turner has been registered to vote since 2017. Michael M. Turner has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1215 S. 16th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donna Kay Turner, 69, Andrew Corbet Baker, 48, and Michael M. Turner, 73.
