The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 2617 Pine Ave., Mattoon was sold on Jan. 10 by Terry E. and Peggy L. Bolin for $105,000. The buyers were Derron and Debra Jenkins.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $527.68, 0.5% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, six properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Peggy L. Bolin (69) has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and three Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
