On Dec. 31, Krave Paradise LLC purchased a commercial property at 1117 Broadway Ave., Mattoon from Ardmore Finance Corp.|| Ardmore Finance Corp. for $75,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,827.70, 2.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 35 properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Allaina N. Henne, 42, was the only registered voter residing at 1117 Broadway Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
