What happened to the median home price in Ashmore during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Ashmore fell by $78,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 61.2% decrease over the $128,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Ashmore in the fourth quarter of 2020.
