On Dec. 21, Sangram and Sarah Kodavatikanti sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1003 Jefferson Ave., Charleston to Herman and Patricia A. Lapole for $98,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 3, 2012. It last sold for $89,900.

So far in December 2021, three properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Herman Albert Lapole has been registered to vote since 2018. Patricia A. Lapole has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
