5. Board and administrator reports

a. Superintendent Jon Julius noted we have seen a small spike in Covid numbers after Thanksgiving, but overall, we are still low in positive cases and quarantines. 

b. Approval has been received on the Maintenance Grant and continuation of the LED Phase 2 will begin at Monroe.

c. FOIA request: SmartProcure. Requested all purchasing records from 8/31/21 to current. Request made on 12/1/21 and given via email the same day.

6. Approve adjourning to closed session under c1 (employment) and c21 (discussion of closed meeting minutes) of the open meetings act at 7:13 PM
