On Dec. 22, Travis S. and Joy L. Spencer purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 812 Oklahoma Ave., Mattoon from Doris June Erwin for $48,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $670, which is 1.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 21 properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Doris Erwin has been registered to vote since 2017.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
