On Dec. 23, Crested Butte Greenfield and Greenfield LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2604 Prairie Ave., Mattoon from Joseph E. and Meilani Y. Morris for $120,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,239.70. This is 2.7% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 29, 2016 for $102,000.

So far in December 2021, 21 properties sold in Mattoon.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Meilani Y. Morris has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Joseph Eli Morris has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Democratic Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
