On Nov. 30, David C. Hunter sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1202 Monroe Ave., Charleston to Manuel Edgardo Concepcion for $95,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $2,315.40. This is 2.44% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 31 properties sold in Charleston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary Wright, was the only registered voter residing at 1202 Monroe Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
