The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 200 Essex Ave., Mattoon was sold on Nov. 19 by Corey Allen and Haili Elizabeth Denning White for $160,000. The buyer was Alexis Shimboff.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,921.64, 2.45% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on July 24, 2019 for $127,000.

This property is one of 26 sales so far in Mattoon in November 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Haili Elizabeth Denning White has been registered to vote since 2019 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary. Corey A. White has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
