On Nov. 19, Sheila Renee Cline purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 123 W. Main St., Oakland from Ethan Brewer for $71,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,511.78, which is 2.11% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 17, 2018. It last sold for $62,000.

So far in November 2021, this is the only property that sold in Oakland as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ethan Allen Brewer (29) has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
