3. Approve Consent Agenda

a. Minutes of the regular meeting on September 20, 2021;

b. Destruction of closed session records 18 months and older as authorized by Board Policy 220 and 220-E1;

c. Current invoices for payment and review of the financial and budgetary reports;

d. Accept gas, diesel and oil bid; e. Approve officials pay increases

4. Board and administrator reports

a. Jon Julius shared that Friday is bus driver appreciation day and noted we are fortunate to have great bus drivers during a bus driver shortage. Next week is principal appreciation week and he noted that our administrators are valued and work hard for our district and that school administration has been immensely challenging through the COVID situation.

b. Administrator reports were shared by Linda Campbell for Monroe and Jim Sullivan for Jr./Sr High. The bass fishing team now has 7 interested students, 5 adult volunteers, and 4 fishing boats are available to be used. Crazy Beautiful Boutique donated $500 towards the purchase of uniforms. Monroe is looking to finalize choices for the new ELA curriculum and is gearing up for in person parent teacher conference this week.
