On March 30, Ashley and Ryan Peterson sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 210 Essex Ave., Mattoon to Gunner T. and Lindzie E. Douglas Davis for $156,900.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,559.08, which is 2.27% of the sale price of the home.
