Village of Westfield Village Board Met Jan. 4.

Members Present: Mayor Pro Tem Scott Adams, Quincy Blanchard, Aaron Hacker, Nate Evans, Jim Dollahan, Seth Edwards

Members Absent: Mayor Fouty

Others Present: Reporter Gary Strohm, Treasurer Sherry Robison, R. Robison, Chief Hanley, Supt. Coartney

Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Adams at 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Fouty, absent, Adams, present, Edwards, present, Evans, present, Hacker, present, Dollahan, present, Blanchard, present

Pledge of Allegiance: Given

Approve December Minutes: Dollahan made motion to accept the minutes. Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved

Approve Payment of Bills: Motion to accept payment of bills was made by Evans seconded by Edwards. Adams, aye, Edwards, aye, Evans, aye, Hacker, aye, Dollahan, aye, Blanchard, aye. Motion carried. Approved.

Approve Financial Statement: Edwards made motion to accept the financial statement. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.

Approve Transfer of Funds: Hacker made the motion to accept the transfers of Water Tower Depreciation to Water for $8,000.00, O & M to Water for $1,000. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.

Citizens Comments: None

Discuss and Approve Committee Reports: None

Members Present:

Discuss and Approve Police Report: Reviewed November and December. Hacker made the motion to accept the police reports. Evans seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.

Discuss and Approve Utility Superintendent’s Report: Reviewed. Edwards made the motion to accept the report. Hacker seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved/

Discuss and Approve An Ordinance Concerning Residential Premises Fee For Garbage and Trash Removal: Hacker made the motion accept the ordinance. Edwards seconded the motion.Motion carried. Approved.

Discuss and Approve Resignation of Mayor Fouty: Hacker made the motion to accept Mayor Fouty’s resignation, stating that he had served with distinction. Blanchard seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.

Other Business: None

Adjourn Meeting: Edwards made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:21 p.m. Dollahan seconded the motion. Motion carried. Approved.
