4. Board and administrator reports

a. FOIA request from Illinois Retired Teachers Association for names of retiring certified staff. Received 2/2/21 via email and provided response via email the same day.

b. Covid numbers are at an all time low in district.

c. Boiler replacement at grade school is complete.

d. Bond interest is very low at this time and will be looked at for bond consolidation. 

e. Staff members have received their first round of Covid-19 vaccinations. 

f. High school sports are back in progress and Jim reports that the kids are enjoying it and so far the Covid numbers have not seen a spike. Precautions are in place and being observed.

5. Approve adjourning to closed session under c1 (employment), c21 (discussion of closed meeting minutes) of section 5 ILCS 120/1 et seq. of the Illinois Open Meetings Act _7:09__PM
