Call to Order: 5:30 p.m.
1. Motion Porter seconded by Brooks to approve the Consent Agenda: Minutes of the previous meeting, October 19, 2020, Minutes of the November 12, 2020 special meeting, Bills, Activity Account Statements, Treasurer’s Report, District Risk Management Plan, Intergovernmental Agreement between Flora CUSD #35 and the Flora Public Library, Purchase of Infinite Campus as the student management program for the 2021-2022 school year. Roll Call: Unanimous
RECOGNITION OF COMMENTS BY EMPLOYEES AND FROM THE PUBLIC
Recognized Isaac Stanford for qualifying for State in Cross Country.

1. Motion Wiley, seconded by Cook to approve the Annual Financial Statements and the Annual Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 20 as presented. Roll call: Dunahee, yes; Leib, yes; McCoy, yes; Porter, yes; Wiley, yes; Cook, yes; Brooks, yes.
2. Motion Porter, seconded by Brooks, to approve the tentative tax levy as presented. Roll call: Cook, yes; Wiley, yes; Dunahee, yes; Leib, yes; Porter, yes; McCoy, yes; Brooks, yes.
3. Committee Reports: Superintendent Hackney reported that the CAC met on November 4th, the Security Committee met on November 5th, and the Athletic Committee met on November 9th.
4. Administrator Reports:
Mrs. Pearce: Preparing for Virtual Christmas program/ Picture retakes and Aimsweb testing depending on schedule. Working on KIDS Assessment/ State visit for PI in December.
Mrs. Carder: Plans together in case they go remote.
Mrs. Leonard: Preparing for Star 360 test/preparing for remote. Mr. Pearce: Not doing semester exams/additional unit test.
Hackney: Highlighted the Radiothon sponsored by FAF on November 5th and the Veterans’ Day program video that was aired on November 10th. Thanks were expressed to everyone that made these events a huge success. Current COVID numbers were discussed/ Plans for remote learning and timing.
5. Motion Dunahee, seconded by Wiley, to approve the request submitted by Paige Earleywine to reduce to part time for the remainder of the 2021-2022 school year. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Wiley, yes; Porter, yes; Dunahee, yes; Brooks, yes; Cook, yes; Leib, yes.
6. Motion Cook, seconded by Brooks, to reassign Jeana Johnson to district nurse effective January 4, 2021. Roll Call: Porter, yes; Dunahee, yes; Brooks, yes; McCoy, yes; Wiley, yes; Cook, yes; Leib, yes.
7. Motion Leib, seconded by Porter, to employ Shane Meeks as FHS custodian effective October 20, 2020. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Wiley, yes; Cook, yes; Leib, yes; Porter, yes; Dunahee, yes; Brooks, yes.
8. Motion Brooks, seconded by Dunahee, to accept the resignation of Anthony Stephenson as volunteer high school boys’ basketball coach effective immediately. Roll Call: Wiley, yes; Porter, yes; McCoy, yes; Brooks, yes; Leib, yes; Cook, yes; Dunahee, yes.
