1. Motion Cook, seconded by Brooks, to approve the Consent Agenda: Minutes of the previous meeting, August 17, 2020, Bills, Statement of Activity Accounts, Treasurer’s Report. Approved potential future members of FAF. Roll call: Unanimous

Recognized retiree Lynn Wilson and thanked her for her years of service.
1. Motion Porter, seconded by Wiley, to suspend the regular meeting at (5:39 p.m.). to conduct public hearing for the 2020-2021 School District Budget. All ayes. Motion carried.
2. The Board of Education held a public hearing for the 2020-2021 School District Budget.
3. Motion Leib, seconded by Dunahee, to return to regular session at (5:44 ) p.m. All ayes. Motion carried.

8. Committee Reports: The policy committee met on September 2nd, the district evaluation committee met on September 4th, and the Curriculum Advisory Committee met on September 9th.
9. Administrator Reports:
Mrs. Pearce: Going well, finished in-person benchmark and remote learners next week. Getting ready for virtual P/T Conferences Teachers and students doing great.
Mrs.Carder: Completed benchmark last week and SLT meeting last week. Teacher and students doing a great job.
Mrs. Leonard: Completed benchmark and things are going well. Staff is doing a great and students behavior is fantastic.
Mr. Pearce: 69 remote learner’s things are going well. Staffing doing a great job. Sept 23rd SAT test the Freshmen through Juniors will remote learn this day.
Hackney- Highlighted Fire Marshal inspection. Teachers and staff doing a phenomenal job/SFSP Program was highlighted.
11. Motion Cook, seconded by Dunahee to approve Amy Leonard as a volunteer bass club sponsor. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Porter, yes; Leib, yes; Dunahee, yes; Cook, yes; Wiley, yes; Brooks, yes.
12. Motion Wiley, seconded by Dunahee to approve Kaitlyn Eade as parent educator for the 2020-2021 school year effective September 14, 2020. Roll Call: Porter, yes; Leib, yes; Cook, yes; McCoy, yes; Brooks, yes; Wiley, yes; Dunahee, yes.
13. The Board acknowledged receipt of a maternity leave request submitted by Meredith Mulligan to begin approximately October 7, 2020.
