City of Mattoon issued the following announcement on Sept. 18.
Mattoon Public Library presents Manhattan Short Film Festival! Come join us to view and vote on your favorite film.
Showings will be on September 25th @ 10:00 AM, October 1st @ 6:00 PM, and October 4th @ 1:30 PM. Please wear a mask and we will ensure social distancing measures are in place!
