Call to Order: 5:32 p.m.
1. Motion Porter seconded by Brooks, to accept the invitation to join the Black Diamond Conference athletic conference beginning the 2021-2022 school year. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Porter, yes; Wiley, yes; Dunahee, yes; Cook, yes; Brooks, yes.
2. Motion Wiley seconded by Cook, to approve Brooke Bayles as assistant high school volleyball coach for the 2020 season. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Porter, yes; Wiley, yes; Dunahee, yes; Cook, yes; Brooks, yes.
3. Motion Brooks seconded by Cook, to approve Alan Tolliver as assistant junior high baseball coach for the 2020 season. Roll Call: Porter, yes; Brooks, yes; Wiley, yes; McCoy, yes; Dunahee, yes; Cook, yes.
4. Motion Dunahee seconded by Brooks, to employ Amy Herdes as junior high guidance counselor at 2020-2021 school year. Roll Call: Brooks, yes; Dunahee, yes; Porter, yes; Cook, yes; Wiley, yes; McCoy, yes.
5. Motion Brooks seconded by Porter, to adjourn the meeting at (6:26 p.m.). Voice Vote.
