City of Mattoon issued the following announcement on June 26.
Celebrate the 4th of July at the Mattoon 4th of July parade.
Line up starts at 8am, step off at 9am, 21st and Western Ave., along Broadway to 1st Street. Online registration is at https://mattoon.illinois.gov/government/tourism/parades/july4th/
Social distancing guidelines will be observed in set up of participants and requested by those watching the parade.
