1. Motion Porter seconded by Leib, to approve the bid for tuckpointing at Flora High School submitted by R. L. Contractors. Roll Call: McCoy, yes; Wiley, yes; Leib, yes; Porter, yes.
2. Motion Wiley seconded by Leib, to approve the bid for roof replacement at Flora High School submitted by D.E. Martin Roofing. Roll Call: Porter, yes; Wiley, yes; Porter, yes; Leib, yes.
3. Motion Leib seconded by Porter, to adjourn the meeting at (6:15 p.m.). Voice Vote.
