Arcola Community Unit District #306 Board of Education met April 19.

A special meeting of the Board of Education of Arcola Community Unit District #306 Arcola, Illinois was called to order in the Media Center at 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the approval of a change order for asbestos abatement.
President Strader called the meeting to order. The following members answered roll call: Shonkwiler, Stout, Thieman, Wesch and Strader. Dr. Arrol and Crane were trying to attend the meeting via zoom but had technical problems and were not able to attend.
Others present were: Tom Mulligan.
President Strader recognized the visitors and asked for public comment. There were no comments
Motion by Thieman, seconded by Wescht, to approve the change order with Ideal for asbestos abatement in the cafeteria. Roll call vote: Shonkwiler, aye; Thieman, aye; Strader, aye; and Stout, aye; Wesch, aye. 5 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried.
Motion by Thieman, seconded by Shonkwiler, to adjourn at 3:15 p.m. Roll call vote: Shonkwiler, aye; Thieman, aye; Strader, aye; and Stout, aye; Wesch, aye. 5 ayes. 0 nays. Motion carried.
