The data shows that nine men and one woman were released in Charleston zip code. The median age of the parolees was 32. The youngest parolee was a 24-year-old man convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2018, and the oldest was a 37-year-old man convicted in 2017.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Tevin Story. He was convicted of a property crime in 2015, when he was 21 years old. He is now 26.
