There were two offenders convicted of crimes against persons released on parole near Illinois zip code 61957 during 2019, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by the East Central Reporter.

The data shows that a man and woman were released in 61957. The younger parolee was a 39-year-old woman sentenced in 2016. The other was a 64-year-old man sentenced in 2019.

The offender who was incarcerated the longest was Robert A. Fraker. He was convicted of a crime against a person in 2019 when he was 63 years old. He is now 64.
