City of Olney issued the following announcement on April 25.
Republic Services has announced that bulk pick up service will be re-instated beginning on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. If interested in having bulk items picked up, a payment of $10 per item needs to be received by City Hall no later than by noon on the Friday before a Tuesday bulk pick up. Sectional and hide-a-bed couches are $20 each. For example, to have bulk items picked up on Tuesday, May 5th, payment and information must be received by City Hall anytime between now and noon on Friday, May 1st.
If the City Hall lobby is still closed to the public, the payments may be placed into the dropbox and *MUST* specify the bulk items to be removed, the address of removal, and contact phone number. Please keep in mind that Republic Services cannot accept appliances or electronics. Mattresses and foundations must be wrapped in plastic and sealed.
