Casey Westfield Community Unit School District 4C Board of Education met March 9.

I. The Casey-Westfield Board of Education met in special session at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, March 9, 2020 at Richards’ Farm Restaurant, 607 NE 13 th St, Casey, IL. Upon roll call, members present were Gelb, Huisinga, Hutton, Navel, Overbeck and Perie. Administrators present were Dee Scott, Jim Sullivan, Chris Seaton, Kacie Rhoads and Linda Campbell.
II. President Overbeck recognized visitors Jon and Kylee Julius.
III. Act upon approval to adjourn to closed session under c1 (employment) of section 5 ILCS 120/1 et seq. of the Illinois Open Meetings Act at 6:11 p.m.
Motion by Perie and seconded by Hutton. Upon roll call, members voting yea were Gelb, Hickox, Huisinga, Hutton, Navel, Overbeck and Perie. The President declared the motion carried.
IV. Act upon approval to reconvene to regular session at 7:51 p.m.
Motion by Huisinga and seconded by Hutton. Upon roll call, members voting yea were Gelb, Hickox, Huisinga, Hutton, Navel, Overbeck and Perie. The President declared the motion carried.
