Q4 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in Olney?

There were three offenders released on parole during the fourth quarter that live in Olney zip codes, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by East Central Reporter.

The data shows that two men and one woman were released in Olney. The median age of the parolees was 38. The youngest parolee was a 25-year-old woman sentenced in 2019 and the oldest was a 48-year-old man sentenced in 2015.

The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Timothy M. Campbell. He was convicted in 2015 when he was 44 years old. He is now 48.

Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.

The table below shows the 50 cities in Illinois with the most paroled offenders in the fourth quarter.
