City of Marshall issued the following announcement on March 27.
In an effort to prevent the further spread of coronavirus, City Hall will not be open to the general public effective Friday. Essential City employees will continue delivering critical services to our residents throughout this difficult time.
During the closure, only city personnel will be allowed in City Hall. Utility payments can be made at the drop box. payments can also be made online. https://www.xpressbillpay.com/#/?org=marshall10510
