City of Marshall issued the following announcement on March 12.
The City of Marshall has contracted Hoerr Construction Inc. to repair the existing sewers. If you receive this green flyer, they will be repairing the sewer in your area. Please read it and if you have any questions contact the numbers located at the bottom of the flyer. Thank you for your help and patience.
