Robinson Public Library Board of Trustees met Jan. 27.

Special meeting of Robinson Library Board of Trustees was called to order at 5:03 pm by President Debbie Scott.
Members present: Debbie Scott, Debbie Walls, Wendy Kastner, Rhonda Moade, Allen Summers
Members absent: Todd Liston, Michael Garrard
Staff present: Michelle Blair
Lighting Project: The board discussed the quotes from First Choice Electrical after getting another quote totaling $6353.14 for work not included in the first quote of $17162.40. Debbie Walls made a motion that at this time we accept the quote for the electrical work from the $6353.14 quote. Allen seconded the motion. Motion passed. Wendy made a motion to rescind the prior motion from the January 21, 2020 board meeting for up to $20,000 electrical work by First Choice Electrical and Rhonda seconded. Motion passed. The board asked Michele to get a quote from First Choice Electrical to replace the breaker box.
Marathon Agreement: the board discussed the proposed Marathon property tax settlement agreement through tax year 2022. Debbie Scott made a motion to sign the agreement and Wendy seconded. Motion passed.
